We need your help! Residents deserve accountable and transparent leadership. All too often, the communities have no idea who to turn to for the assistance they deserve and the representation they are entitled to have. If elected, Marques will put an end to the days of absentee representation. Marques lives in the community that he serves, and he remains committed to being a public servant. He has built his life on service, and upon his election, his fight will continue, and will not stop until he has made an impact on improving the quality of life for the residents, not just in the 3rd district, but in the entire City of Baltimore.
